Esmarthome  specializes in consulting, designing, installing and distributing Smart Home Equipment, Smart Electricity, CCTV System, Security & Safety equipment... for home, office, factory, etc. building…

In order to increase customer service capacity, Esmarthome needs to recruit:

1. Position: Technical staff.

Quantity: 5 people

Request:

– Male, Graduated from technical intermediate or higher, honest, careful, agile, good health, good communication
- Preference will be given to candidates graduating from universities or colleges majoring in electrical and electronic engineering.
– Candidates with no experience will be trained professionally to serve the job

Job description:

- Working with customers to introduce product features

- Develop documents and product technical documents.

- Installation of civil and industrial works

- Instructions for construction and installation of the company's products

–  Customer care support.

Working time: Working hours on Sundays and holidays, New Year

Eligible mode:

- Wage agreement

- Supported with allowances for petrol, phone, lunch, business trip (if any)

– Employees are entitled to holidays, summer vacations ... according to the company's regulations.

2.Position: Sales Officer

Quantity: 5 people

Request:

– Female, College graduate majoring in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration   or more, honesty, agility, good health, good presentation and communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in selling electrical and electronic products.
– Candidates with no experience will be trained professionally to serve the job

Job description:

- Develop and implement sales & marketing plans.

- Receive customer's order request and transfer the request to the design engineering department.

- Quotation and presentation of design and installation solutions to customers.

- Create sales orders, sign sales contracts for customers.
- Follow up construction progress, collect debts from customers.

- Customer care and support.

Working time: Working hours on Sundays and holidays, New Year
